Dharma by Venerable Master Yantra Amaro
When you can respect the calmness in the nothingness within yourself to the point that you can respect yourself, you will be able to profoundly attain the supreme Dharma. Respect yourself in the emptiness, nothingness, pure heart, brightness, and peace which are the qualities that you have desired. The more you humble yourself, the wider you become. Like the sea that situated in a low place, however, it is the gathering place of all rivers. If the sea is higher than the rivers, where can rivers be united and flow toward? Humility is auspicious and those who know how to be humble will grow.”
